Description

Used for cleaning the burr which is created after welding at 90 degrees of PVC window sash, door, and frame etc.

  • After welding, the Robot system automatically takes the profile from the cleaning starting point and provides the cleaning with the help of automatic spinning system; and takes the profile to the ending point and leaves it there
  • Cleans the lower and upper surfaces with two seperate cleaning units that work independently.
  • Has LG CNC control system base.
  • With 3 axis
  • Has the opportunity of the Operator coming closer to the machine during adjustment with Hand Remote Control System (HandWheel) which allows easy programming
